Our Career Mission

To foster deep self-discovery among adults, empowering them to identify their unique strengths, values, and interests so they can find authentic purpose and confidently architect their career journey.

Career Counseling

Career counseling helps you move from uncertainty to intentional decision-making. Rather than simply matching you with a career based on a test or a list of occupations, the process can help you better understand who you are, what matters to you, and what you want your life to look like. By exploring your interests, abilities, values, priorities, experiences, and goals, you can gain a self-understanding of realistic educational and career possibilities.

Research on comprehensive career counseling has connected effective career development support with positive outcomes across educational, personal, social, and economic areas. These can include stronger educational engagement and persistence, greater career satisfaction and stability, reduced work-related stress, improved productivity, and shorter periods of unemployment. Career counseling can also support the personal growth and emotional skills that help people adapt to change, persevere through challenges, and build lives that feel purposeful.
