Why Career Counseling Matters

Move Forward with Intention

Making a meaningful career decision doesn't require knowing exactly what the future holds; it requires understanding what matters to you now and having the confidence to take the next step.

Career counseling can help you recognize unhelpful patterns of self-talk, build greater emotional awareness, strengthen confidence, and develop the resilience needed to navigate uncertainty and change. It can help you move away from making decisions based solely on fear, pressure, or the expectations of others, and toward choices that reflect your own priorities and values.

Career That Fits the Life You Want

Work is an important part of life, but it is not the whole of your life. The most meaningful career decisions consider the person you are becoming, the relationships you value, the life you want outside of work, and the contribution you hope to make.

Whether you're standing at the beginning of your educational journey, entering adulthood, considering a career transition, or simply wondering if your current path still fits, you don't have to navigate these questions alone.

Individual Career Counseling - Individual sessions allow for more personalized exploration and assessment. Five 50-minute sessions; some individuals desire more sessions to reach their goals.

Group Career Counseling - Group (8-10 persons) consultation consists of four 75-minute sessions.
